ROGER STEVENS founded and runs the Poetry Zone website, which offers guidance to teachers on how to make the teaching of poetry fun and rewarding. He has written 24 books and has poems in over 200 anthologies. A Million Billion Poems was shortlisted for the CLPE Poetry Prize, and he wrote the bestselling Olympic Poems with Brian Moses. His young novel The Comic Cafe is published by Frances Lincoln Children's Books. Roger plays keyboards and guitar, and until recently he played in a rock band with Ken Follett and Floella Benjamin. He lives in Hove, Sussex.
