In the city of Sucktropolis, the SUCS (Super Underage Crime Stoppers) and the POOPS (Perpetrators of Outrageous Pranks) are at war with each other - the SUCS want the POOPS to stop perpetrating their outrageous pranks. But when Dr Loopitus Brainspin comes to town, searching for his missing fifth banana and threatening to destroy the town with his omniverous goat unless he finds it, they find a common enemy.
