Charles Fuge has won the Macmillan Prize and the Mother Goose Award amongst many others. He has had numerous titles published with Gullane Children's Books, including My Dad!, I Know a Rhino, Yip! Snap! Yap!, Blot and Og's Monster Party, with other titles in the 'Little Wombat' series: Sometimes I Like to Curl up in a Ball ('Highly Commended' for the Kate Greenaway Medal), Found You, Little Wombat!, Swim, Little Wombat, Swim! and Where To, Little Wombat? Charles lives in Burton Bradstock in Dorset with his partner and son, Ollie.
